Quattrocuori is synonymous of relaxation, of that all Sicilian slowness that allows full enjoyment in each moment. This is why our hotel dedicates a small bar area to guests, serving the breakfast room and the terrace equipped with tables and chairs. Our guests can stop for a juice or an almond milk, read a good book, while waiting for their travel companion to be ready for the excursion of the day. But the hotel's bar is also the place to stop and have a chat before dinner, guidebook in hand, to decide whether to dine in Portopalo di Capo Passero or move to romantic Ortigia or nearby Marzamemi. At the bar, between a chat you can have a coffee and a great aperitif. An area, that of the bar, characterized by the original presence of the "Sea Museum": a wall with particular fossilized or embalming sea fish, some curious like "the devil fish", others antique, dating back to 1939. Objects recording the past, which Daniela, one of the managers of Quattrocuori, emoted by the memory of her childhood, has collected over the years, buying them in the ancient "workshop of the sea of the Verricello", a characteristic place in Portopalo where the souvenirs of the sea were central characters.
